This policy explains what information Brent Smith Digital LLC ("we," "us") collects through brentsmithdigital.com and our related forms, chat, and text messaging, and how we use it. Plain talk, no surprises.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a form, chat message, or text — for example, when you request a 5-Answer Test report or book a call.
- Information collected automatically: standard website analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) via Google Analytics, and campaign attribution data (such as which mailer or link brought you here).
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for — reports, walkthroughs, appointments, and replies to your questions.
- To provide and improve our services, including scheduling, follow-up, and reporting.
- With your separate consent, to send occasional marketing messages about our services.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you agreed to receive (for example, our messaging platform).
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Transactional/informational messages and marketing messages use separate consent — opting out of one does not affect the other.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (website, CRM and messaging platform, scheduling, analytics, and mail/print vendors), and only so they can perform those services for us; or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records, consent records, and message history as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and carrier record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
- Text STOP to end text messages, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
