These terms cover your use of brentsmithdigital.com and our text messaging program. Using the site or opting in to texts means you accept them.
Who we are
Brent Smith Digital LLC provides marketing services to local businesses, including AI search visibility reports (the 5-Answer Test), the Local Expert System, and social media management. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Text messaging program terms
- Program description: after you opt in, we send informational/transactional messages (such as your requested report, replies to your questions, and appointment reminders) and — only with separate consent — occasional marketing messages about our services.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. After that, we'll send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact brent@brentsmithdigital.com / 678-940-9190.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Eligibility: you must be the account holder (or have the holder's permission) for the number you provide, and 18 or older.
- See how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Use of the site
The site's content is ours and provided for your information. Don't misuse the site, scrape it at volume, or pass its content off as your own.
No guarantees
Free reports and site content are provided as-is, based on checks run on specific dates. AI search results change constantly; we don't guarantee any particular ranking, mention, or outcome. Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from the site or the messaging program is limited to $100. This doesn't limit anything that can't be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms; the current version lives at this page with the date above. These terms are governed by Georgia law.
